  • Giulio Roverelli, founder and President of Forest Products International was born in Fabriano, Italy, the cradle of papermaking in the Western world. Son of a marketing and export paper mill executive, Giulio grew up in an international paper sales environment.
  • Giulio earned a degree in Agriculture from Istituto Tecnico Agrario Statale in Fabriano, Italy, and in 1985 he aslo obtained a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with honors from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania, USA.
  • Through his initial experience in Europe and worldwide travels, he eventually moved back to North America in 1988. Leaving temporarily aside sales of prime papers, he started his involvement with recycling papers, converting papers, job lots, wood pulp, and negotiations with international shipping companies to establish new rates and customized services.
  • In 2001 he formed Forest Products International in Pennsylvania, USA, which benefited from many years of diversified experience and expertise of two generations in the paper industry.
  • From Pennsylvania the company moved to Central Florida in 2004, from where it now coordinates the U.S. and Italian offices. Beginning from 2010, while still operating in the pulp & paper sector, the company has made it a new objective to focus on the development of projects pertaining to renewable energy, biomass fuels, wood pellets, wood chips, cogeneration, energy generation from renewable sources, and bio-energy in general in a fast growing worldwide market.
  • Giulio's latest efforts in the renewable energy field gravitate predominantly around the promotion of wood pellets as "green" fuel, consulting for the establishment of wood pellet production facilities, and consulting regarding energy generation (electric, heating and cooling) from renewable sources.
